Precaution

1.[OS X v10.11]
When stitching the image data, the window for saving it is Displayed in black. The image data to be saved is normal.

2.[OS X v10.11]
When launching the UI of the ICA driver and performing scanning, the dialog displayed during scanning may be displayed ongoingly even after the scanning is finished. Use "×" button to close the dialog.

3.[OS X v10.11/10.11.1]
(USB)Launch IJ Scan Utility in advance before scanning from the product (Push-scan).

4.[OS X v10.11.2]
(USB)Due to a change in the OS specifications, scanning from the product (by using the SCAN button) is not available. Perform scanning from a PC.

5.[OS X v10.10]
In scanning by opening the scanner driver, setting [Manual] in Image Correction is unable to scan properly.
For image correction, be sure to scan with [None]. (OS X Yosemite)

6.From the Ver.2.1.0, OS X v10.6.8 will not be supported.

7.To use this software, the ICA scanner driver needs To be installed.

Caution

1. In the environment where the Firewall software operates, as the printer detection using LAN communication is inhibited, the setup may not be completed.
Preventive action:
Disable the Firewall setting temporarily, or close the Firewall software, then, perform the setup. In each case, disconnect the network from the Internet first.

2. When using of IJ Network Tool under Windows Vista 64bit version, the following message may be displayed at the setup: New Port could not be created.
Preventive action:
Cancel the setup once, then retry the setup after restarting the computer.
